Description

Engage qualified applicants who will, through partnerships, improve the quality of life for the citizens throughout the local area by establishing a one-stop delivery system. Proposals will focus on helping job seekers, especially those with barriers to employment, as they access high quality career services, employment, education, training, and support services so they may succeed in the labor market and match employers with the skilled workers they need to compete in the global economy.
