Los Lunas Blvd Utility Extension

The Village of Los Lunas (Village) is requesting competitive sealed qualifications-based proposals for professional engineering design services in response to RFP VVL-2026-0-000, Los Lunas Boulevard Utility Extension. The selected consultant will design buried utilities within the Los Lunas Boulevard right-of-way from east of Edeal Road to NM 47. This project will connect utilities currently under construction as part of Phase I of Los Lunas Boulevard, which extends from I-25 across the Rio Grande to Edeal Road, and will provide infrastructure necessary to support future Phase II roadway improvements.
