Waukee City is seeking roadway construction services for 10th street extension improvements

Description

Work includes construction of 10th street roadway improvements between westown parkway and university avenue; and 310th street/spyglass lane roadway improvements from 10th street to 6th street. The construction consists of approximately 55,000 SY of PCC pavement, 2,200 SY of HMA pavement, 10,400 LF of water main, 12,000 LF of storm sewer, 6,300 LF of sanitary sewer, earthwork, subgrade preparation, pedestrian underpass, manholes, intakes, sidewalk and shared use path paving, surface restoration, and other associated work. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources. Modules should support configurable rules, role-based permissions, and audit-ready reporting.
