Architectural and Engineering Services Bland County Public Schools (RFQual)

Services are anticipated to include general consulting, preliminary architecture/engineering reports, project design, inspection, representation with regulatory agencies, construction administration. Additionally, services may include assisting BCPS with development of funding applications for federal/state/private funding. The term of the contract shall be one year, renewable for up to three additional terms, at the discretion of BCPS. The fee schedules shall be negotiable upon the conclusion of each one-year term. The sum of all projects performed in a contract term shall not exceed $10 million, and the fee for any single project shall not exceed $2.5 million.
