This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Public Safety (DPS), intend to enter into an agreement for up to 6 months with DataWorks plus for continued, uninterrupted cloud services referred to as DataWorks Plus.DataWorks Plus, which includes but is not limited to; support/maintenance services, updates and/or modifications for the DataWorks Plus software used by the DPS. The cloud environment that has been established houses DataWorks proprietary applications and is considered intellectual property due to exclusive ownership rights, titles, patents and trademarks of their products and/or services.
