Description
Work consists of constructing a prefabricated restroom building adjacent to the existing Administration Building. The proposed building will include a women's restroom with two stalls and two sinks, an ADA-compliant stall, a shower stall, lockers, and an attached unisex restroom and utility chase. The work will involve site preparation, connection to existing utilities such as water, sewer, and electrical systems, and the installation of covered walkways and accessible pathways. In addition, the project will include electrical setup to accommodate a future badge access connection.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
