Description

Provide construction manager at risk services to revitalize its historic gateway to campus by renewing and enhancing the outdoor public space. The selected CM team must demonstrate significant experience delivering prominent, multifunctional public-realm landscapes that support high daily foot traffic, institutional branding opportunities, and provide flexible environments for cultural, academic, and social activity. EDGE 5%. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
