Invitation for Bids

2026 Concrete Pavement Replacement Project: Bid must be received by 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 01, 2026 at the Godfrey Village Hall, 6810 Godfrey Road, Godfrey, Illinois 62035, and will thereafter be publicly read aloud.  The Village of Godfrey seeks bids for this project with the scope of work which involves the removal and replacement of concrete pavement on Chelsea Court, Mont Vista Avenue, and other related work as further described in the Project Manual.  Bid documents will be available at the Village Clerk’s office located at 6810 Godfrey Road, Godfrey, Illinois 62035.  Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the bidding documents on weekday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.  Questions regarding acquiring the Bidding Documents should be directed to: Jacki Clayton, Village Clerk at (618) 466-3381 or clerk@godfreyil.org Questions regarding technical aspects of this project should be directed to: Rich Beran, P.E.
