We are storing all responses electronically; therefore submit all pages of the response on a CD or Flash drive in addition to the printed copies.Specifications and instructions may be downloaded from the website www.franklintwpnj.org. on or after March 16, 2026.*All Bid Addenda will be issued on the website at www.franklintwpnj.org. Therefore, all interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening.
