Architectural Review Board Hearing – Re: 8 Titus Lane – March 26, 2026 at 7:00 pm

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICEthat the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on March 26, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application: 8 Titus Lane, LLC, 8 Titus Lane, Bellport, is seeking construct a sunroom addition and renovate the exterior of an existing single-family dwelling.  The renovations include removing the existing, front roof-over porch and constructing a covered entry; adding a shed dormer in the front of the dwelling; eliminating a dormer in the rear of the dwelling and construction of a new third floor, rear balcony; demolishing the existing second-floor dormers and construction of new dormers; demolishing the existing second floor balcony and construction of a new second floor balcony; modification of the existing roofline; the addition of two chimneys; new siding, new roofing, new trim, new garage doors and new windows.  The siding will be white cedar shingles; the roof will be red cedar shingles; the trim will be white Azek and the windows will be a combination of awning and picture windows. The single-family dwelling is located in the “AA” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-14-2-2. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.  The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
