Architecture and Engineering and Consulting Services for District Capital Construction Program (Request for Qualifications)

Provide architectural and engineering services for the district's capital construction program. The owner is also seeking the following consulting services Cultural resources; SEPA; geotechnical; hazardous materials; transportation; sound; lighting; land survey; building envelope; and civil engineering. (There is no mandatory site visit and no separate RFQ for these services).
