Description

Provide appraisal services. The city is seeking proposals from qualified certified general appraiser (individual/firm) licensed by the Texas appraiser licensing and certification board. The appraiser will provide appraisal services on a per-parcel basis, including an independent review appraisal, to determine fair market value for property owners in compliance with uniform relocation act (URA) standards. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. Requests for information must be in writing and directed to Eric Belaj, City Engineer, ebelaj@cityofburnet.com. Locations Parcel ID 49334 - 1102 S Pierce St. Approximately 250 feet north of the intersection of Valley Street and South Pierce Street on the west side of South Pierce. (Lat 30.749417 Lon -98.224421); Parcel 49282 - 104 E Valley St. Approximately 150 feet west of the intersection of Valley Street and South Pierce Street on the north side of East Valley Street.
