Appraisal Services - (RFP)

Provide appraisal services. The city is seeking proposals from qualified certified general appraiser (individual/firm) licensed by the Texas appraiser licensing and certification board. The appraiser will provide appraisal services on a per-parcel basis, including an independent review appraisal, to determine fair market value for property owners in compliance with uniform relocation act (URA) standards.
