Description

The project includes the renovation of existing space on the first floor of the Ashley River Tower to replace cart washer equipment and decontamination sinks in the existing Washer and Decontamination Room in the Ashley River Tower. Construction includes limited wall/ceiling/finishes demolition, limited partition rework, ceilings, finishes and related mechanical, electrical and plumbing modifications. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. A Mandatory Pre-Bid was held 3/10/2026 at 10AM.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution.
