Work includes high school - performing arts center bp 01-01 commercial modular buildings; bp 02-01 demo, asbestos & lead abatement; bp 03-01 concrete (structural & site), reinforcing steel & masonry; bp 05-01 structural steel & miscellaneous metals; bp 06-01 rough carpentry; bp 06-02 finish carpentry, casework, wood wall/ceiling panels & wood veneer wallcovering; bp 07-01 roofing, sheet metal & metal mesh panels; bp 08-01 doors, frames, & hardware; bp 08-02 aluminum framed storefront, glass & glazing; bp 09-01 framing, drywall, insulation & plaster; bp 09-02 tile; bp 09-03 acoustical ceiling, acoustic board & sound absorbing panels; etc, see attached file. Prequalification documents must be submitted and approved by the District by March 10, 2026, at 5pm. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
