The Village of North Palm Beach is seeking Bids from qualified selected firms to construct pavingand parking improvements to the Village of North Palm Beach Community Center parking lotlocated at 1200 Prosperity Farms Road, North Palm Beach, FL, 33410.Sealed Bids must be clearly marked “ITB C25-PR-01, Community Center Parking LotImprovements” and delivered to the Village Clerk at 501 US Highway One, North Palm Beach,Florida, 33408. The deadline for submission of bids is Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. localtime. Bids submitted after the established deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to thesender unopened.A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The meetingwill be held on site at the Community Center located at 1200 Prosperity Farms Road, North PalmBeach, FL 33408. During this meeting potential bidders will have the opportunity to ask questionsand walk the site. Failure to attend this meeting may result in rejection of your bid proposal.
