Description

Works include approx. 11 SY 6" portland cement concrete driveway pavement; 561 LF of 8" storm sewer (special); 1,157 LF of 10" CIPP via resin; 41 VF epoxy sanitary manhole lining; 5 EA root cutting (heavy roots). This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Various Locations Lee Street between Grand Avenue and Belmont Avenue and at the intersection of Diversey Avenue and Bellwood Avenue. Est. Completion Date Aug. 28, 2026
