THIS SOLICITATION IS LIMITED TO ONLY NYS MWBE-CERTIFIED VENDORSThe City University of New York seeks promotional items for the ASAP and ACE programs.Pursuant to its discretionary authority under the New York State Education Law andState Finance Law, this procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified pursuant to Articles 15-A (MWBE) and/or 17-B (SDVOB) of the New York State Executive Law. As such, CUNY has not established subcontracting goals for this procurement.
