2026 E-Rate Products and Services

Provide e-rate category 2 services for MIBS. Managed internal broadband services (MIBS) (including managed Wi-Fi) services provided by a third party for the operation, management, and monitoring of eligible broadband internal connection components, including actual day-to-day tasks that directly support and are necessary for broadband connectivity within schools and libraries. Includes but not limited to monitoring all eligible hardware and software, reporting on overall health and stability of system(s); accurate reporting and strategic recommendations services necessary to manage and repair the LAN/WLAN network, such as diagnostic services, 24-hour network monitoring, or helpdesk support; installation, activation, and initial configuration of eligible components.
