Description

Work consists of crossing improvements, includes improve the crossing experience for all users and improve safety via installing rectangular rapid flashing beacons at 3 intersections, traffic signal upgrades at 5 intersections, remove/installing striping, installing signs, installing curb ramps, installing corner bulb outs, installing pedestrian refuge islands, installing concrete median islands, and planting cactuses/landscaping at bulb outs. Q&A deadline is on 03/24/26, 2:00 PM email to CapitalContracts@oaklandca.gov. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
