ADDENDUM #2 TO: To All Prospective Bidders, Plan Holders FROM: Zayibeth Carballo, Municipal Engineer PROJECT: Degnan Park Community Garden and Outdoor Fitness Area Improvements Project Township of West Orange Essex County, NJ DATE: March 9, 2026 This addendum is being distributed to all current plan-holders via email and/or fax only. This addendum includes the following: 1. Responses to questions 1-2 from Neglia dated March 9, 2026 and Section 133123 Specifications. 2. Response to question 3 is attached Response Action Outcome (RAO) for unrestricted use on the site. No contaminated soil is expected to be excavated or disposed from the site. 3. The bid date is changed to Wednesday, March 25 at 10:00 AM. The addendum is available for public inspection at the Township of West Orange, Department of Purchasing, located at 66 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052. All Addendums shall be acknowledged in your proposal utilizing the form captioned “Acknowledgment of Receipt of Addenda.” Failure to acknowledge this Addendum or any other Addendum may be cause for rejection of bid.
