Description

Provide general civil engineering support and qa/qc services for all types of roadway improvements; including widening, realignment, and/or new alignment. Traffic engineering services in support of design (intersection analysis, vissim, and synchro modeling, data collection, etc. Preliminary engineering reports. Intersection improvements including turn lane additions and modifications, roundabout, and other innovative intersections. Traffic signal design (new signals and modifications to existing signals) including foundation design. MBE goal 12%; WBE goal 13.3%; SDVOB/ Veteran owned business goal 11.9%. Q&A deadline 4/6/2026 by 5:00 PM. This solicitation has some or all Federal and State funding, additional requirements may apply.
