Description

Qualified organization(s) to provide statewide, in-home treatment and psychoeducation services for adolescents who have displayed inappropriate or harmful sexual behaviors. Adolescent Sexual Treatment and Education Program (ASTEP) will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments (i.e., biopsychosocial), the Protective and Risk Observations for Eliminating Sexual Offense Recidivism (PROFESOR) assessments, and individualized treatment and psychoeducation services to referred court involved adolescent. Deadline to submit written questions Friday, March 13, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply.
