Description

Boulder County seeks a sustainable Board of Equalization software application to replace an existing in-house solution that is at end of life. The system will require an online Public Portal to accept and validate online BOE appeals, and an Administration Portal to process BOE Appeals. Each portal will be designed and delivered based on Boulder County specifications and business rules. Background: The Board of Equalization Appeals software initiative in Boulder County is part of a modernization effort to replace an end-of-life in-house solution. The goal is to create a sustainable system that supports property tax appeal submissions and ensures fair and equalized assessments for taxpayers.
