Provide loans or grants to eligible HOME Applicants to develop low- and very low-income affordable rental units, and to provide loans to low-income, first-time homebuyers as a part of a subdivision development. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Estimated total funding amount $34,866,126.
