Provide hot mix asphalt products (hma) class 3/8". This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. The term of this contract will be in the Benton and Franklin County area, April 15, 2026 until December 31, 2026. Question Period Ends Thursday, March 19, 2026 4:00 pm
