Description
GENERAL INTENTION: It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning of this contract to provide and secure timely, responsive, and satisfactory:1. quarterly fertilizer services to ensure the health, development and professional appearance of the Regional Stormwater Management Pond as required under the City’s Florida Department of Environmental Protection Environmental Resource Permit, and2. biannual herbicide services to various areas comprising the PNS airfield, including fence lines and pavements, at Pensacola International Airport as outlined in the scope of services.
