Description

Work includes 1 LS of removal of improvements; 1,000 SY of type 5 aggregate for base (6" thick); 999.800 SY of misc. optional pavement; 1,432 CY of furnishing type 2 rock blanket. Submit completed Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening. All questions concerning the bid document preparation shall be directed to the Central Office - Design Division at 573-751-2876. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
