Description

Selective demolition, removal and disposal of existing EPDM and metal roofing systems, installation of new roof system and accessories, brick masonry repair, installation of new HVAC equipment and electrical system, and other work, appurtenances, and incidental items as set forth in the contract do. A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held at the site on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 10:00. Attendees to meet at Gardner Middle School 297 Catherine Street, Gardner, MA 01440. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. MBE goal 4.7%, WBE goal 9.6%, VBE/SDVOBE goal 3%.
