Kalamazoo is seeking water tank rehabilitation services for repairs and coating of the Beech Avenue storage tank.

Description

Work includes exterior tank painting, interior tank spot repairs, and various other repairs on the Beech Avenue Water Storage Tank. The work includes Exterior High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi) and spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. Dry Interior Abrasive blast clean the spot coating failures throughout to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a spot two (2) coat epoxy system to the prepared surfaces. Piping (in the column base) Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. Bid date is ONLY an estimated Bid Date. Additional information will be posted if and when available.
