Authority Wide - General Electrical Repairs (RFP)

General Electrical Repairs / Replacement Residential repairs and/or replacements of electrical fixtures, as needed. Installation of GFI outlets, standard outlets, lights switches, etc., as needed. Replacement of ballasts, light fixtures, exit signs, smoke and/or heat detectors, as needed. Installation of electric base board heat and associated components, as needed. Running new lines to breaker boxes, as needed. Other miscellaneous electrical repairs / replacements, as needed. The Owner will provide the materials for projects assigned to the Contractor. Address all pre-proposal questions or requests for information pertaining to this project and the documents to Patrick Smythe, Sr. Project Manager, at psmythe@provhousing.org. Deadline for Submitting Questions March 18, 2026, by 12:00 PM EST. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
