Provide professional design services necessary for their fire station 1A project. Qualified architectural firms for professional design services associated with Fire Station 1A. The intent of this procurement is to select an architect to lead programming, concept development, and design advancement through approx 35% design, including a construction cost estimate and design package suitable for use in selecting a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR).
