Addition To the Pembroke Public Library

The scope of work includes the construction of a single story, steel and wood framed, 2700 gross square foot addition to the existing (built new in 1996) public library building, including foundation earthwork and minor site improvements. The scope also includes new asphalt shingle roofing and patching into existing asphalt and membrane roofing, selective demolition of exterior siding and trim, cutting of holes in exterior walls, and reframing for new doors, cutting and patching of existing siding, trim, and cornices to match the addition with existing, and cutting and patching finishes within the existing building as required to connect electrical, mechanical, fire protection and plumbing systems to the existing building, and limited sitework. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Sub-bid deadline on 04/01/26 at 2:00 PM. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
