The City of Newberry, Florida (“Owner”) is inviting Bidders to electronically submit sealed bids for ITB 2026-07, City of Newberry Water Main Extension. Awarded Bidder is to perform all Work as specified or indicated in the Plans, Specifications, and Bid Documents for the prices and within the times indicated in this Bid and in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Bidding Documents.
