Description

Uninstall/install sound booth and audiology equipment from current space to new building. The vendor will need to Disassemble, transport, and reassemble RE-142MC sound booth from old location to new location. Uninstall, transport, and reinstall audiometers, VRA, and sound field systems. (This should also include sound field calibration). Uninstall, transport, and reinstall the ABR's, OAE's, Hearing Aid Analyzers, and any other diagnostic audiology equipment. Install new RS-253 sound room at new location. See attached files. Questions can be emailed to AStultz@health.in.gov. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. MBE Goal 4%; WBE Goal 9%.
