2026 Annual Plumbing Unit Priced Contract Services

Work includes annual testing for 28 backflow devices from 3/4" to 6" diameter at various locations within the city. The purpose of this proposal is to establish an annual contract to provide for the repair and maintenance of plumbing systems for the City. This work will include annual testing for twenty-eight (28) backflow devices from 3/4" to 6" diameter at various locations within the city. Bidders must register or maintain registration on MRSC Rosters (http://www.mrscrosters.org/) prior to bid opening. The annual contract will cover emergency as-needed services for a 12-month period beginning on March 1, 2026 and ending on February 28, 2027. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
