Description

The selected Management Agent will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day administrative, financial, operational, and maintenance oversight of the designated properties within the AUTHORITY affordable housing portfolio, which includes 448 units across 15 properties. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Pre-Proposal Meeting (Virtual) was on March 9, 2026, 11:00 AM PST (Attendance is encouraged).
