This project involves interior renovation of approximately 12,310 gross square feet of workspace on the third floor of an occupied building. The work includes new construction of executive office suites, quiet rooms with acoustic wall assembly, office space, restrooms and a fitness center, various equipment, plumbing at restrooms and break room, gypsum, wood slat and ACT ceiling, light fixtures, electrical, IT and AV, mechanical and fire protection modifications and finishes. The building will remain open and operational throughout construction; the project scope will include temporary barricades to separate project work areas from employee/public areas and protect employees and the public from noise, dust, and moisture created by the construction process, as well as temporary construction facilities (project offices, phone, data, and restroom) at designated areas.
