Town Hall is seeking elevator ventilation and chimney reconstruction for Town Hall improvements

Description

Partial reconstruction of an elevator vent structure on the slate roof of Town Hall. The vent structure was designed to mimic the appearance of a chimney. The project requires the removal and replacement of all surfaces and sheathing of the vent structure. The roof surface of the vent structure is to be replaced with EPDM roofing. The sides are to be a thin brick. The installation of new base flashing will require the removal and reinstallation of a limited area of slate roofing
