Annual Electrical Services - Job Order Contract (JOC)

Work may include but is not limited to power distribution, lighting systems, panel replacements, equipment connections, backup power systems, fire alarm infrastructure, access control systems, and other building related electrical components. Services may be performed in administrative, judicial, public safety, corrections, and operational facilities. Question Submission Deadline March 29, 2026, 12:00am. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. The term will begin on October 1, 2026, and continue through September 30, 2027 unless earlier terminated as provided herein. The County has the option to renew this agreement for two additional two year-periods at the same terms and conditions outlined here in. There is a 15% participation goal of SBE's.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
