Naperville is seeking sidewalk and curb maintenance services for citywide infrastructure improvements

Description

Work consists of citywide sidewalk and curb replacement as well as ADA curb ramp improvements on streets to be microsurfaced. The contract includes the traffic control, root pruning, utility structure adjustments, patching, and final parkway restoration; 300 SF of PCC sidewalk removal and replacement, stamped; 10 SY of class d patch, 4"; 375 SY of HMC driveway pavement, 3"; 3,600 LF of combination concrete curb and gutter removal; 550 SF of resetting brick sidewalk and driveway; 15 EA of service box adjustment; 2 EA of valve box adjustment; parkway restoration - seed. See attached file. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question due March 30, 2026, 12:00pm. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
