Fire Station 38 Renovations

Fire Station 38 Interior Renovation - Kitchen & Dayroom This project consists of renovating the kitchen and dayroom portion of Fire Station 38, which is located at 140 West Indiana Avenue, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023. A copy of the Ordinance 08-2023 is included in the attachment list. There will be a mandatory prebid meeting on March 17, 2026 at 10:00 am. Bidders should meet at the Engineering Department (127 W Fifth Street). After some general information and discussion, the meeting will move across the alley to the Fire Station so that the potential bidders can see the proposed work area. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any Alternatives that are accepted.
