Elevator Maintenance and Inspections

20260218 – Elevator Maintenance RFQ The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA), dba rabbittransit is requesting Quotes for the services described as follows.  The Authority will receive quotes related to costs necessary for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of two elevators located at the Cameron Street Dauphin County, Middletown Train Station Dauphin County, and North Zarfoss Drive York County locations. The organization serves and maintains locations in Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Harrisburg City, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union, and York Counties. All quotes and contracts are subject to all applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and the individual agencies listed herein. All costs incurred by proposers in the development of their quotes in response to this RFQ are the sole responsibility of the quoting firms. No such costs will be reimbursed by the agency or any individual agency involved in this procurement. Furthermore, proposers must not include such costs as part of their quotes to perform any work described in this solicitation. The Authorities reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all quotes and to waive any informality in the RFQ process as the Authority deems in its own best interest. Quotes received after the specified closing time will be considered late quotes and will not be evaluated for award. Misdirected submittals will not be accepted.
