Bid: HVAC Replacement

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS HVAC REPLACEMENT KINSTON HOUSING AUTHORITY KINSTON, NORTH CAROLINA #6146 & #6147 Sealed proposals will be received by the KINSTON HOUSING AUTHORITY for the CAPITAL FUND PROJECT NC 004-50124 AND NC 004-50125 until 3:00 PM, THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 2026 , and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the HVAC Replacement project. Scope of work will consist of, but is not limited to, the following items: Separate and Combined Bids will be received for HVAC replacement at Mitchell Wooten, NC 4-2 and Richard Green, NC 4-5. HVAC Replacement of +/- 200 units. Provide all other work as described in the Scope of Work, shown on plans, in the Project Manual and as required by Codes and the Authority Having Jurisdiction. A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for 10:00 AM, THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2026. Site Visit will follow. Meeting location is Carver Courts Community Building, 301 East Bright Street, Kinston, NC 28501. Contractors will be able to arrange on-site visits to see the site at a later time/date.
