Description

Seeking a highly qualified planning consultant with extensive experience in land use planning, community design, and public engagement to lead the update of its 2050 Comprehensive Plan. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. All communication concerning this RFP must be directed to City Planner Terri Dill at terri.dill@applevalleymn.gov. Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted by email by 4:00 p.m. (CST) on March 13, 2026.
