North Tahoe Public Utility District is seeking annex building garage and seismic improvements for hydroexcavator accommodation and safety

Description

Project includes interior extension of existing hydroexcavator bay to accommodate size of new hydroexcavator models. Renovation involves removal of existing retaining wall, interior excavation, and addition of new retaining wall. Renovation also includes seismic retrofit and new overhead and man doors. Minor electrical additions include exterior lighting, power for overhead door, and relocation of main breaker panel. Project also includes reroof with heated gutter system to existing stormwater infrastructure. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
