2026-2031 On-call Professional Services (Request for Qualifications)

Provide on-call services to supplement city staff resources to plan, support, and complete capital projects, tasks, studies, and evaluations. Work will be based upon a project scope that may involve any one or a combination of disciplines and expertise and therefore may require the participation of one or several individual specialists. The task order process will consist of the city contacting the consultant and requesting services related to an individual project. The consultant will then prepare a detailed scope and cost for each individual task order. The task orders will be agreed upon between the city representative and the consultant. A. Transportation and Traffic Engineering, B. Stormwater Engineering and Management, C. Environmental Engineering and Planning, D. Land Surveying, E. Structural Engineering, F.
