Microbiological Quality Control Samples - Phenova Inc

Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) intends to make a one-time purchase with Phenova Inc to provide Proficiency testing (PT) and Quality Control testing (QC) samples in whole volume format for our testing.This purchase has been deemed a single source as Phenova Inc is the only vendor identified that can provide this in the whole volume format. Other microbiological quality control samples are in a concentrated form that require dilutions. Our Drinking Water Protection Laboratories and staff are not equipped or trained in preparing lyophilized samples.
