Description

Scope of Work Saw-cut pavement around existing manhole frame (30" frame/covers); Remove existing frame/cover, remove old brick as needed, reset frame, wet brick/mortar to finish grade; Back fill and finish pave (compact unsettled material, depth of new asphalt minimum 2-3" neatly finished) Clean-up of all work areas; Removal of any debris from the bottom of the structure is required; Proof of liability insurance, and W-9; Traffic control (as needed) Provide advanced if any structure will exceed the proposed cost to avoid billing surprises. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
