Work includes 10" x 10" Timber Post 39 Ea, 67 LF of Round Three Rail Wood Fence (4’ High), 3233 SY of Furnishing and Placing Topsoil, 1 LS of Furnishing, Planting and Mulching Trees, Shrubs, Vines and Ground Cover Plants, 620 SY of Turf EstablishmentLawn, 651 SY of Turf Establishment Detention Basin, 300 SY of Erosion Control matting Type D. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including setaside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) & non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
