139 ea - clearing; 139 ea - grubbing; 583 LF - remove water main; 5,293 SY - mill bituminous surface (2.0"); 165 SY - concrete pavement; 8,313 tn - bituminous mixture; 208 SF - segmental block wall; 82 ea - brick column (16" square 3.6" HT; 33 LF - PVC pipe sewer; 2,608 LF - RC pipe sewer; 260 LF - drainage structure; 510 LF - watermain (DIP). This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. No bidder questions will be addressed after 12:00 pm on Friday, April 10, 2026. All questions bidders may have in connection with this solicitation are to be directed by email only to KBesser@stonebrookeengineering.com. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
